On Sunday, April 27, former Newbury Park High School standout Amelia Lech’s current college team, the Auburn Tigers, lost 4-1 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the South Carolina Gamecocks.

The game took place at Jane B. Moore Field. This was their third matchup against the Gamecocks this season.

The Tigers’ next game is scheduled for Friday, May 2 at 6 p.m. at Jane B. Moore Field against North Carolina State Wolfpack.
