The City of Thousand Oaks is accepting applications for the 2023-24 Community Social Services Grant Program.
The program provides funding to local non-profit agencies that offer essential public and social services to eligible low-income persons within the City of Thousand Oaks. Current award limits: Minimum $2,000, Maximum is $10,000. Projects previously funded through this grant include Meals on Wheels, Caregiver Support Center, Medical supplies, backpacks, and school supply distribution.
Applications and guidelines will be available at www.toaks.org/grants on March 10, 2023.
Applications for the grant must be submitted by e-mail only to TOgrants@toaks.org by 5:00pm on Tuesday, April 11, 2023.
