On Saturday, April 19, former Newbury Park High School standout Joie Steinkamp’s current college team, the Cal State Dominguez Hills Toros, won 5-3 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Cal State San Marcos Cougars.

The game took place at Toro Diamond. This was their third matchup against the Cougars this season.

The Toros’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 19 at 2 p.m. at Toro Diamond against Cal State San Marcos Cougars.
