A record 50 Los Angeles Rams players and coaches will participate in the NFL’s My Cause My Cleats campaign during their game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at SoFi Stadium on November 23. This initiative allows team members to highlight nonprofit organizations and causes they support by wearing custom-designed cleats.

The Rams’ involvement is part of a broader NFL effort, now in its tenth season, which aims to spotlight the impact that league members have in their communities. Across Weeks 12 and 13, more than 1,800 participants—players, coaches, legends, and staff—will showcase various charitable causes through personalized footwear.

“Novartis is proud to partner with the Los Angeles Rams on their My Cause My Cleats initiative. All causes and organizations featured were selected by the players, coaches and staff independently of Novartis, and Novartis is not partnered with the players, coaches, staff, causes and organizations featured in My Cause My Cleats content unless explicitly stated. For more information visit Novartis.com/NFL,” according to a statement from Novartis.

The range of organizations supported includes national health charities such as The ALS Association and the American Diabetes Association; youth-focused groups like Boys & Girls Club; mental health advocates including Mental Health America; veterans’ support networks such as Warrior Rising; local community programs; animal shelters; and many others.

Rams running backs coach Ron Gould and several players are supporting axeALS in honor of Gould’s former player Eric Stevens. Other participants are raising awareness for issues including childhood cancer research, immigrant rights advocacy, foster youth services, breast cancer assistance programs, mental health initiatives for athletes, single-parent support networks, veteran transition services, dyslexia education resources, hunger relief efforts for children, and more.

Fans can view all participating Rams’ cleats at https://www.therams.com/mycausemycleats. After the game, some players will auction their cleats through NFL Auction with all proceeds benefiting each player’s chosen charity.

Custom designs for select cleats were created by local artist Miguel ‘Miggz’ Montenegro alongside designers Joe Castro, Marcus Rivero and G & T Customs.

Further details about the campaign—including how fans can donate or engage with these causes—are available at NFL.com/MyCauseMyCleats. The program also offers opportunities for fans to amplify fundraising through Stand Together and Rayze platforms.
