National Storage has become the first Australian partner of the Los Angeles Rams, following an agreement ahead of the NFL’s first regular season game in Australia. The partnership will continue through March 2027 and makes National Storage the official partner of the Rams in both Australia and New Zealand, as well as an international partner.

The deal comes as preparations are underway for a historic NFL game at Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) in 2026. Both organizations plan to work together on digital and social campaigns that will feature behind-the-scenes content, player stories, fan activities, and events based in Melbourne.

Andrew Catsoulis, Managing Director of National Storage, described the partnership as significant for Australian sport. “The chance to partner with a team of the Los Angeles Rams’ calibre doesn’t come around often and we’re proud to stand alongside one of the most recognizable franchises in world sport as Australia prepares for its first regular season NFL game,” he said.

“This is a milestone moment for National Storage, having the Rams take the field at the MCG is something few of us imagined happening here, which makes it all the more exciting to play a role in bringing it to life.

“National Storage has a long track record of backing great teams and great moments and partnering with the Rams is an extension of that commitment as we look forward to a big build-up to 2026 and a game week that will have fans glued to every play.”

The announcement follows previous collaboration between National Storage and the Rams. In June 2025, they held a sold-out Fan Combine event where about 2,000 people experienced American football firsthand with players Steve Avila, Kobie Turner, and Davis Allen present.

Chris Edwards, Senior Director of Global Partnerships at Los Angeles Rams said: “Australia has one of the most passionate and fast-growing NFL fan communities anywhere in the world and partnering with National Storage gives us a trusted and deeply connected Australian partner as we continue to expand the Rams footprint here.”

“Their commitment to fans and community aligns with who we are as a club, and together we’re looking forward to creating meaningful experiences for Australian supporters as the momentum builds toward this historic game and beyond.”

The collaboration aims to increase engagement among local fans ahead of what is expected to be a landmark event for both American football in Australia and sports partnerships between local companies and major U.S. franchises.
