On Friday, March 28, former Newbury Park High School standout Luca Staiano’s current college team, the San Jose State Spartans, lost 13-3 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Fresno State Bulldogs.

The game took place at Excite Ballpark. This was their first matchup against the Bulldogs this season.

The Spartans’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 29 at 2:05 p.m. at Excite Ballpark against Fresno State Bulldogs.
