On Saturday, April 5, former Newbury Park High School standout Jami Obringer’s current college team, the Northwest Nazarene Nighthawks, lost 7-0 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Western Washington Vikings.

The game took place at Bobby Welch Halle Field. This was their fourth matchup against the Vikings this season.

The Nighthawks’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 11 at 1 p.m. at WOU Softball Field against Western Oregon Wolves.
