The Pepperdine men’s volleyball team has announced the signing of three new players to its incoming class for 2030, according to head coach Jonathan Winder.
“We are excited about the group of guys we have coming in next fall,” said Winder. “We know they are going to be able to make immediate impacts on this group.”
The new recruits include two outside hitters and a middle blocker. Vuk Kulpinac, a 6-foot-7 outside hitter from Novi Sad, Serbia, most recently played for Paris Volley after competing with Vojvodina Mozzart Novi Sad in his home country. Tobias Prichystal, a 6-foot-10 middle blocker from Bast, Czech Republic, competed for his national team at the CEV U22 Volleyball European Championship. JP Wardy is a 6-foot-3 outside hitter from Manhattan Beach, California, who played for Loyola High School and the Balboa Bay Volleyball Club.
“The opportunity to bring in one of the best players and best outside hitters in Europe, one of the best outside hitters in the US and one of the best middle blockers in Europe is a great opportunity for our team,” Winder added.
Pepperdine will begin its 2026 season on January 9 against St. Thomas Aquinas College at 6 p.m. PST.
Season tickets are currently available for purchase online; single game tickets will be released later.
