City of Ventura issued the following announcement on October 26.
Mulch-giving Event
Join us for our biannual mulch and compost giveaway on Saturday, November 13, 2021, at the Cornucopia Community Gardens. Participants will need to register in advance for a free home composting workshop before they can pick up organic mulch and compost donated by Peach Hill Soils.
