The campaign committee of Republican Party candidate Matthew Jacobs, Matt Jacobs for Congress, refunded $2,100 to Geoffrey Keyes on Sept. 30, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution to political committees (other than Super PACs and Hybrid PACs) from an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Matt Jacobs for Congress has refunded $2,600 total since April 1.
