The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Julia Brownley, Julia Brownley for Congress, refunded $200 to James A. Whitmore on Sept. 30, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Julia Brownley for Congress has refunded $1,845 total since April 1.
