The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Julia Brownley, Julia Brownley for Congress, refunded $600 to Helen Lovell on May 3, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Julia Brownley for Congress has refunded $600 total since Dec. 1, 2020.
