City of Thousand Oak recently issued the following announcement.
The next City Council Meeting will be held on Tuesday, December 7, 2021 at 6:00 PM. This meeting will be the Council's Reorganization Meeting.
During the meeting, the new Mayor will be nominated and appointed. In addition, the outgoing Mayor, Claudia Bill-de la Peña, will be honored for her achievements over the past year. The Mayor and Mayor Pro Tem are nominated on an annual rotating basis by the five-member Council. The Mayor and Mayor Pro Tem serve a one-year term, taking effect immediately upon Council approval.
