County of Ventura issued the following announcement on February 16.
Shout out to Stephanie Paramo of our Resource Management Agency. She’s an Environmental Health Specialist assigned to 300+ businesses in east county, helping local businesses meet health and safety standards. Anything from restaurants, bakeries, pools, you name it! She’s pictured taking the temperature of a refrigeration unit in a restaurant to make sure food and beverages were stored properly.
