May is Asian American Pacific Islander Heritage Month and we’re kicking off our celebration with a spotlight on Victor Koi with our Assessor’s Office!
“This month gives a sense of belonging to our community, not only in May but 24/7, 365 days a year. The AAPI community is a small and diverse group in a diverse community, and we contribute in a big way. We belong to and we love our beautiful community.
It’s coming to 3 years that I have been with the Assessor's Office and this is my first government job. What I like the most about my job is providing information and helping disabled veterans with their applications for the disabled veterans’ property tax exemption that reduces their property tax liability.”
Thumbs up for helping local veterans!
