Joie Steinkamp, former Newbury Park High School softball player will compete with her collegiate team for the NCAA D2 Softball Championship

Cal State Dominguez Hills Toros Coach Jim Maier (2024) | Cal State Dominguez Hills Toros

Former Newbury Park High School player and current Cal State Dominguez Hills Toros pitcher, Joie Steinkamp, will compete in the NCAA D2 Softball Championship Tournament.

They begin the tournament as a number six seed against the third seeded Concordia Irvine Golden Eagles.

The first game is on Thursday, May 9.
